In other news not much, things seem to be winding up for the next Maelstrom event, and I really should get my costume finally polished up.
Well not really polished, just tidyed up and tweeked and stuff.

Otway at the top of the list? Hurrah! You obviosly have friends with good taste (or just a bunch of old punk wierdos)

Eeep! I need to get my boots resoled, stitch some snap-fasteners on my shirt, practice some undead make-up, and decide if I want a wig or not.
And [livejournal.com profile] catspur hasn't even started on our swords yet.

Otway at the Royal Albert Hall- "Now I'm going to play my hit. *Plays really free* Now I'm going to play my other hit. *Plays Bunsen Burner*" I naturally was into him before he became slightly less not famous. Have you heard the rock opera he did with Attilla the Stockbroker?

I once saw him stagedive off a ladder. The rock opera's Cheryl, the story of a donkey. It's still avaliable off the Atilla website.

*Smug*
Saw Attilla and The Barnstormers (Medieval Punk) followed by Otway & his big band this year at Glastonbury
Both hits, and several stagedives, both with and without stepladder. National treasures both all them.

"There is a House" "WHERE"
"In New Orleans" "WHATS IT CALLED"
etc. etc.
