[livejournal.com profile] gipsy_queen has me tagged and so I best try and answer this one.

List five songs that you are currently 'digging'.
It doesn't matter what genre they are from, whether they have words, or even if they're not any good.
But they must be songs you're really enjoying right now.
Post these instructions in your 'blog' along with your five songs.
Then tag five other 'people' to see what they're listening to.

My choices are: a problem, I seem to have reached saturation point with my music, also a kind of stagnation. I have so much stuff, I want to listen to it all, also I've given up on finding new stuff too. But I shall try my bestest.

1:- The Crüxshadows - Helen (Unnamed track on Ethernaught)

2:- Beatallica - Hey Dude

3:- Kate Bush - Sensual World

4:- James - Sit Down (Apollo 440 remix)

5:- The Horatii - Island of Zombie Women

I think that'll do.

Tag time them, just have to see to it that they've not already been tagged.

And I never knew you're a Kate fan! I'm waiting on tenterhooks for her new album, which should be out before the end of the year, all being well.

Didn't realise she was about to release again.
Had listened to her off and on for years but Sensual World holds memories for me, plus it's a stunning tune!

I blame Kate for my later love of Tori Amos too.

I don't think I've found anything of hers I don't like. I've been a fan since she brought Wuthering Heights out.

Lyrically speaking she is one of the best artistes I've heard. I'll see if I can get you a CD put together of what I consider to be her best stuff from what I've got for you for October to help widen your reportoir a little.

A lot of people think that Tori ripped off Kate in style but I just think they're similar in some ways whilst still having their own styles. I like Tori too, though have a lot less of her material than Kate's.

If you do one of those personal radio streaming thingies where you put in your favourites, nine out of ten times if you put either Kate or Tori in it will bring up a track by the other one too.

Well seeing as I have a ton of Tori (up to Choirgirl Hotel at least) Including most singles I'll put together some for you then.
In a kind of Kate/Tori exchange thingy :o)-

What of Tori's do you have?

Well you know when I said my Tori collection was limited? It's limited to Little Earthquakes. I like most of her stuff that I've heard, I've just never really got round to buying that much!

Swapsies is good mmmmkay? :oD
